NEW YORK: April 23, 2026 — Razorfish today announced Renee Borkowski as Executive Vice President, Transformation. Bringing an unmatched track record of industry innovation and a bold vision for the future of customer experience, Borkowski will help clients harness the full potential of generative AI, agentic systems, and other breakthrough technologies reshaping marketing, operations, and the connected customer journey.

In her recent roles as Managing Director at Accenture Song and as an executive strategy leader within Publicis Groupe, she has consistently delivered industry firsts, including launching the first digital inbound and outbound CRM programs for a top automotive brand, building the first global digital operations infrastructure for a leading consumer goods manufacturer, and developing AI-powered customer segmentation and synthetic audience strategies for a global software company.

“Renee is no stranger to rewriting what’s possible,” said Dani Mariano, CEO of Razorfish. “We’re fiercely committed to shaping the digital future, and with Renee back in the fold, we’re doubling down on that promise.”

In this role, Borkowski will spearhead how Razorfish partners with clients to accelerate growth, increase speed to market, and unlock hyper-relevance through the power of data, creativity, and human insight. In an increasingly AI-powered world, she will work with clients to ensure appropriate governance measures are in place across the marketing operations lifecycle to improve outcomes and reduce risk.

“Organizations today face unprecedented pressure to deliver measurable impact from every investment,” said Borkowski. “As leaders are increasingly tasked with harnessing AI and agentic tools to unlock incremental value, the way we work, create, and collaborate must evolve. My focus is on demystifying these technologies and helping clients activate their teams for faster adoption and more streamlined workflows—while championing the human connection that makes their brands truly special.”

Over the last several years, Razorfish has received consistent industry recognition for its innovation expertise, highlighted by the Razorfish Beta Lab and its suite of AI tools. The agency recently won Campaign US’ 2026 Digital/Innovation Agency of the Year award.
